Body Orientated Therapy preceives the body, emotions and soul as one, using the body as a means to discover what is going on inside you and experience new possibilities. By listening carefully  to the body you can discover what really touches you and what your true needs are.

How does Body Orientated Therapy work?

Using breathing, movement and sound you discover what your body is trying to say. You become aware of old habits, habits created in the past which may no longer have any use to you and may even be standing in your way. You will learn to feel and recognize where your body’s energy is flowing freely and where the energy flow is blocked. Undoing this blockage will release tension, help you feel more in tune with yourself and experience the free flow of all your life’s energy.
Opening up a feeling of increased space and freedom.
